Our advantage of inflatable water games:
1) We make reinforcements everywhere for the big water toy, the connection between items of the park are durable eyelets, the structure can make the giant water park connect very stable.
2) We install high quality air relief valve from Europe on all the items of this water toy, so the items can release air to a safety level automatically when the air pressure is exceeded.
3) We use thick and big stainless steel anchor ring with durable anchor pads at the bottom of the inflatables.
4) Material: We use best 0.9mm or 0.65mm PVC tarpaulin for water games.
the best material is very important for the games. All inflatable games are made by high durability fire-retardant PVC Tarpaulin, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. The flame retardant meet BS7837. Our material has been approved by the SGS.
5) Hot welding machine: For the sealed water game, a good welding is very importantl. We have advanced welding machine and the best workers in inflatable industry to ensure reach that.
6) Printing: Digital print, silk print, or hand painting. The high level painting makes our products will not be sticky and color fade, but sustain for a long time. And it print quickly and in good quality. Further more, we make a liquid protecting film on the surface of digital printing.
7) Blower/Pump: CE air pump: 220V; UL air pump: 110V.
8) Strong package bags: We spread air out to help deflation before roll the game, then put a band belt outside to tie it. We will use tarpaulin bag which is same material as the games to package the units. So the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages. In order to let you find your goods quickly, we will paste a mark paper with your order number and print our company's logo on outside of package PVC bag and carton.
9) Accessories: Repair kit(material and glue),air pump,carry bag.
Packaging & Shipping:
1. For the finished prodcut, we packed with strong PVC tarpaulin(same to the products).
The PVC tarpaulin abg is durable enough to bear the impact during shipment. In order for you to find your products quickly, we print uniform logo mark on outside of the bag, and each bag we have printed immage of what packed in too.
Customized: you can choose to print your logo on the package. What you need do is to send us your picture. We finfish the rest.
2.Blower or air pump are packed By PVC bag or carton which suitable for shipment, also been marked outside if the package, so that you can find them quickly and correctly.Different countries have 110V/220V voltage, and different plugs, it will much appreciated if you can tell us what pug you want, or we will the plug your contries use.
